Rooms with
a readership.
Sector conferences, workshops and roadshows built on the Group's publishing network — the event and the media around it, designed as one programme.
A conventional event ends when the room empties. Ours are built differently.
Our events are built on a publishing network. Around each event sits a media programme — announcement, context, and post-event content across the relevant titles — so that a partnership reaches both the people in the room and the far larger readership that could not attend.
Commissioned media around events is produced through the studio and labelled according to our standards.
Four formats, one discipline.
Sector conferences
Gatherings built around a vertical's real agenda, drawing the professionals our titles already serve.
Workshops and masterclasses
Practical sessions where expertise, not promotion, is the draw.
Roadshows
Multi-city programmes taking a market, destination or sector proposition directly to its audiences.
Roundtables and briefings
Smaller rooms, senior participants, structured conversation worth everyone's time.
How partnerships are structured
Event partnerships at the Group are sold as integrated programmes — the event and the media around it in one agreement — rather than as logo placement. Partners take defined roles within a programme, from convening partner to session or workshop partner, each with its media component specified in advance and reported transparently afterwards.
A room of fifty decision-makers, or a roadshow across markets.
Start with the objective.
